Los Rumberos is an ode to music and dance, forces that energize and bring people together. Rumberos—literally “the people of the rumba”—are those who keep music alive, constantly renewing it with fresh styles and choreography.
For some time now, I have shared moments with them while learning the art of becoming one myself. This documentary reflects a personal passion and a journey into how music and dance contribute to community building and connect people across all layers of society.
